Présentation
The journal of constitutional law and political institutions is a half yearly indexed scientific and academic periodical, published by the Laboratory of Constitutional Law and Good Governance, located at the Faculty of Law and Political Science, at the University of Abdel Hamid Ben Badis – Mostaganem, Algeria. This multidisciplinary journal ensures the publication of articles of high scientific value dealing with research and original legal and political studies, especially those related to constitutional law and political institutions, with the aim of promoting scientific knowledge for the benefit of our educational institutions under the supervision of an editorial committee and a scientific committee composed of a group of elite teachers and researchers.
