Scholarships in Colombia
The government of the Republic of Colombia has launched a scholarship programme managed by the Colombian Institute for Educational Credit and Technical Studies Abroad (ICETEX). These scholarships include full funding for foreign master’s and doctoral students, as well as Spanish language training before the start of their studies.
