Master’s and PhD Scholarship Programme in Azerbaijan for the 2026–2027 academic year

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received two scholarship offers for Master’s and PhD programmes:

1- The ‘Nailekhanim Foundation’ scholarship at Khazar University, intended for outstanding female students wishing to pursue a Master’s or PhD degree.
