CALL FOR APPLICATIONS Short-Term International Mobility Programme For the 2026 Financial Year
In accordance with the regulatory provisions governing the Short-Term International Mobility Programme, the University of Abdelhamid Ibn Badis of Mostaganem hereby informs all concerned staff of the opening of the call for applications for the 2026 Financial year, for the benefit of researchers and administrative and technical staff.
Priority shall be given to applications related to international mobility for learning the English language, particularly in English-speaking countries, in line with the objectives of strengthening linguistic skills.
Types of International Mobility
Short-term international mobility is organized for a period equal to or less than six (06) months and includes:
- Professional development and training placements;
- High-level scientific stays;
- Participation in scientific events.
1. Application Submission Procedures
- Applications must be submitted exclusively via the dedicated online platform;
- Registration must be carried out using the applicant’s official professional emailaddress (…@univ-mosta.dz);
- All required documents must be uploaded online in PDF format;
- Paper-based applications will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.
2. Application File
- Applicants are required to submit all mandatory documents, according to their category and the nature of the mobility;
- Any incomplete, non-compliant or non-eligible application will be automatically rejected;
- The applicant bears full responsibility for any missing or unsubmitted document, particularly those used for evaluation and selection purposes.
3. Selection
- Selection shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable regulatory criteria, particularly those set out in Ministerial Decree No. 255 of 25 February 2024;
- The competent committee reserves the right to request additional supporting documents, if necessary.
Note:
Administrative and technical staff holding university degrees issued by the University of Continuing Education, classified at grade 10 or above, are also eligible to apply under this programme.
Applicants are hereby informed that, following the issuance of any new regulatory decision amending the selection criteria, the administration reserves the right to apply the new provisions and request additional documents if required.
