CALL FOR APPLICATIONS – MASTER’S PROGRAMME IN RUSSIA
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the opening of a call for applications for a Master’s programme at the D. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia, for the 2026/2027 academic year.
Available places: 10 places reserved for Algerian applicants.

🔹 Biomedical Sciences
🔹 Natural Sciences
🔹 Engineering and Technology
Start of the preparatory courses: 01 October 2026
Deadline for arrival in Russia: 25 September 2026
Tuition fees: 209,000 Russian rubles/year for fee-paying programmes.
Candidates admitted under the Russian Government quota will benefit from funding from the federal budget.
Accommodation: University residence accommodation is available.
Main required documents:
• International passport with a notarized translation into Russian
• Diploma/educational document with a Russian translation
• Medical certificate with a certified Russian translation
After admission and payment of the required fees, the University will arrange the invitation letter required to proceed with the student visa application.
