Call for applications for the 10th edition of the UNESCO-Equatorial Guinea International Prize for Research in the Life Sciences is now open.
The Prize was established by the UNESCO Executive Board to recognise scientific projects and activities by individuals, institutions and NGOs that advance research in the field of life sciences. A maximum of three (03) laureates will be awarded a total of USD 300,000 to be shared between them.

The deadline for submitting applications is March 31, 2026.
