Short-Term Exchange Scholarship Programme (BEC) 2026–2027

We are pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a call for applications for the Short-Term Exchange Scholarship Programme (BEC), lasting between 4 and 6 months, for the 2026–2027 academic year, funded by the Canadian government for the benefit of Algerian students and researchers.

To participate in this programme, the home university must have an active cooperation agreement with a Canadian partner. The partner is responsible for completing the submission of applications by 31 March 2026
