Call for applications for the 4th edition of the UNESCO-Russia Mendeleev International Prize in Fundamental Sciences
The UNESCO-Russia Mendeleev International Prize aims to promote and reward excellence in fundamental sciences, particularly chemistry, physics, mathematics and biology. It recognises major scientific contributions that advance knowledge, support innovation and contribute to sustainable development on a global scale.
The 4th edition of the prize is now open for applications. Entries must be submitted through the national commission by March 15, 2026 at the latest, via the following link: https://www.unesco.org/fr/prizes/mendeleev?hub=921.
Women scientists are strongly encouraged to apply.
