Chers étudiants, chers collègues,
C’est avec une grande fierté que je m’adresse à vous en tant que Doyen de la Faculté des sciences et de la technologie de l’Université Abdelhamid Ibn Badis de Mostaganem, une faculté désormais reconnue comme un pôle d’excellence dans l’enseignement supérieur et la recherche scientifique. Nous proposons des formations allant de la licence au doctorat, en passant par les cycles de master et d’ingéniorat, couvrant un large éventail de disciplines technologiques. Parallèlement, nous accordons une importance particulière aux technologies émergentes, notamment l’intelligence artificielle, le numérique et la transformation digitale, afin de répondre aux besoins du marché et aux objectifs de développement national, tout en relevant les défis actuels et futurs. En matière de recherche scientifique, notre faculté occupe une position de premier plan au regard de sa production scientifique, qui se distingue par des publications classées A+, A et B, des projets de recherche nationaux et internationaux ainsi qu’une activité de recherche de haut niveau. À ce titre, les étudiants et les membres du corps professoral sont encouragés à maintenir cette dynamique de recherche afin de renforcer davantage la position de notre faculté dans les différents classements. Notre vision repose sur la qualité de l’enseignement, l’importance de la recherche scientifique, de l’innovation, de l’adaptation pédagogique, ainsi que sur le renforcement de la visibilité de la faculté, la promotion des startups et de l’entrepreneuriat, et le développement de partenariats durables.
Notre mission est de vous offrir un environnement d’apprentissage stimulant, propice à l’émergence de solutions technologiques et architecturales durables et intelligentes. Avec votre soutien, nous continuerons à viser l’excellence académique, scientifique et innovante, tout en mettant l’accent sur le renforcement des liens avec l’environnement socio-économique, au service du développement de notre université et de notre pays.
J’adresse mes sincères remerciements à l’ensemble des acteurs de la faculté, étudiants, enseignants et personnels administratifs et techniques, pour leur engagement constant et leur contribution à l’élévation du niveau de notre institution.

Dear students, dear colleagues,
It is with great pride that I address you as Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology at Abdelhamid Ibn Badis University of Mostaganem, a faculty now recognized as a center of excellence in higher education and scientific research. We offer academic programs ranging from the bachelor’s to the doctoral level, including master’s and engineering degrees, covering a wide spectrum of technological disciplines. At the same time, we place special emphasis on emerging technologies; particularly artificial intelligence, digital technology, and digital transformation, to meet market needs and national development goals while addressing current and future challenges. In the field of scientific research, our faculty holds a leading position based on its scientific output, which is distinguished by A+, A, and B-ranked publications, national and international research projects, and high-level research activity. In this regard, students and faculty members are encouraged to maintain this research momentum in order to further strengthen our faculty’s position in the various rankings. Our vision is grounded in teaching excellence, the advancement of scientific research and innovation, pedagogical adaptation, and the strengthening of the faculty’s academic and international visibility. It also emphasizes support for startups and entrepreneurship, as well as the development of sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships with academic, institutional, and socio-economic stakeholders. Our mission is to provide a stimulating learning environment that fosters the development of smart, sustainable technological and architectural solutions. Thanks to your support, we will continue to strive for excellence in academics, science, and innovation, while strengthening our ties with the socio-economic community and contributing to the development of our university and our country. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all members of our faculty, students, academic staff, and administrative and technical personnel, for their unwavering commitment, dedication, and invaluable contribution to enhancing the quality and standing of our institution.

,أعزائي الطلبة, زميلاتي وزملائي الأساتذة والموظفين
يشرفني ويسعدني بكل فخر أن أخاطبكم بصفتي عميد كلية العلوم والتكنولوجيا بجامعة عبد الحميد بن باديس بمستغانم، هذه الكلية التي أصبحت اليوم معترفاً بها كقطب للتميز في التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي. نقترح تكوينات تمتد من الليسانس إلى الدكتوراه، مروراً بمرحلتي الماستر والهندسة، وتغطي مجموعة واسعة من التخصصات التكنولوجية. وفي الوقت نفسه، نولي أهمية خاصة للتكنولوجيات الناشئة، ولا سيما الذكاء الاصطناعي والرقمنة والتحول الرقمي، من أجل تلبية احتياجات سوق العمل وتحقيق أهداف التنمية الوطنية، مع مواجهة التحديات الراهنة والمستقبلية. وفيما يتعلق بالبحث العلمي، تحتل كليتنا مكانة رائدة من حيث إنتاجها العلمي، الذي يتميز بمنشورات مصنفة ضمن الفئات A+ وA وB، ومشاريع بحث وطنية ودولية، إضافة إلى نشاط بحثي رفيع المستوى. وفي هذا الإطار، ندعو الطلبة وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والبحث إلى مواصلة هذه الديناميكية وتعزيزها من أجل تعزيز مكانة كليتنا في مختلف التصنيفات العلمية والأكاديمية.
وترتكز رؤيتنا على جودة التعليم، وأهمية البحث العلمي والابتكار والتكيف البيداغوجي، إلى جانب تعزيز حضور الكلية، والترويج لمشاريع الشركات الناشئة وريادة الأعمال، وتطوير شراكات مستدامة.
تتمثل رسالتنا في توفير بيئة تعليمية محفزة، تساعد على بروز حلول تكنولوجية ومعمارية مستدامة وذكية. وبفضل دعمكم، سنواصل السعي نحو التميز الأكاديمي والعلمي والابتكاري، وتشجيع إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة وترقية روح المقاولاتية مع التركيز على تعزيز الروابط مع المحيط الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، خدمة لتطور جامعتنا وبلادنا.
