The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces that it hasreceived an offer of scholarships, not covering international travel expenses, for 30Algerian students wishing to enrol in doctoral programmes at Chinese universities andinstitutes for the 2026-2027 academic year.Applicants are required to make their choices carefully, in accordance with theinstructions and conditions specified in the attached document.
