The LEADS project (Linguistic, Entrepreneurial, And Digital Skills) is an ERASMUS+ project funded by the European Union with a budget of 811,943 €, under Reference GA 101126783, for a duration of 3 years starting from December 1, 2023.Coordinated by the Abdelhamid Ben Badis University of Mostaganem, it includes the following partners:

The main objective of this project is to develop a competency framework specific to the Algerian higher education system, recognised by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS) in three domains Linguistic, Entrepreneurial, and Digital.
The project will produce training resources and certification exams that will be delivered in both Arabic and English.
Primarily designed for undergraduate students, the qualification may, however, be of interest not only to master’s and doctoral students but also to academic, technical, and administrative staff, as well as anyone engaged in lifelong learning.
Certifications obtained by undergraduate students will be issued as an additional credential to their diplomas.
