The PROEMED – BOOSTING ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND ENERGY EFFICIENT BUILDINGS IN MEDITERRANEAN REGION project – promoted by the European Commission within the framework of the Erasmus + “Capacity Building in Higher Education” programme, involves a consortium of six universities: Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia for the implementation of a Master’s degree programme in the field of energy efficiency of buildings and environmental protection.
