The University of Abdelhamid Ibn Badis – Mostaganem and the Higher School of Military Administration/2 MR signed a partnership agreement in the fields of higher education, on Tuesday, April 19 2022 for duration of five (05) years.  Several actions have been planned between the two parties to concretize this cooperation.
