A training workshop was scheduled from November 12 to 16, 2018 at the University of Banta 1. European trainers shared their experiences in the field of creating startups and spin-offs at the level of European universities. Five participants from each Algerian university took part in this workshop, including four teachers and an administrator. The methodology, the adapted approaches as well as the legal aspect were widely discussed.
