Short-term mobility enhancement programme for the year 2023

Abdelhamid Ben Badis is opening the second session of applications to benefit from the short-term mobility programme abroad for the year 2023.

Session 2 is scheduled from Sunday 08 to Friday 12 October 2023.

I. Application from to be submitted

1- Self-employed and resident doctoral students:

Receipt confirling registration on the platform.
Certificate issued by the internship service certifying the submission of the certified report and the supporting documents of the internship previously acquired;
Welcome letter issued by a recognised high-level university or research structure in the field of specialty (self-employed doctoral students);
Copy of the certificate of doctoral/resident registration for the current academic year;
Application form for an abroad internship (2023 financial year)
Work plan signed by the person concerned and co-signed by the thesis director(for the PhDs)
Self-employed declaration letter (For the PhDs).

2- Administrative and technical personnel category

Receipt confirling registration on the platform
Certificate issued by the internship service certifying the submission of the certified report and the supporting documents of the internship previously acquired;
A copy of the establishment decision attesting to the candidate’s ranking on a scale of 10 or more;
Copy of the last university diploma obtained;
Application form for an abroad internship (2023 financial year).
A work plan signed by the person concerned and the supervisor.

3- Category Teachers enrolled in thesis (assistant lecturer class A and B – assistant hospital university lecturer class A)

Receipt confirling registration on the platform
Certificate issued by the internship service certifying the submission of the certified report and the supporting documents of the internship previously acquired;
A copy of Establishment decision;
Copy of the certificate of doctoral registration for the current academic year;
Application form for an abroad internship (2023 financial year);
Work plan signed by the person concerned and co-signed by the thesis director.

4- Category lecturer class A and B – professor – hospital university lecturer class A and B – hospital university professor

Receipt confirling registration on the platform
Certificate issued by the internship service certifying the submission of the certified report and the supporting documents of the internship previously acquired;
A copy of Establishment decision
Application form for an abroad internship (2023 financial year)
Work plan signed by the person concerned .

Staff (teachers, administrators, residents and PhD students) who received an internship abroad in 2022 will have to submit their compliant internship reports and supporting documents before submitting any new applications.
The certificate issued by the internship service certifying the submission of the certified report and proof of previously acquired internships is compulsory in the application form.
On return from the training, the beneficiary will have to deliver within seven days:
- The mobility decision with exit and entry stamps of the border police (PAF).
- A detailed internship report including: the activities carried out and the results obtained (advanced training and high-level scientific stay); For advanced training courses the report must be endorsed by the organisation where the internship took place.
- A copy of the paper presented with the certificate of participation (For participation in scientific events)
All internship reports will be evaluated by the CSF/CSI/CDU according to performance indicators to measure the impact and benefits of mobility.
