Scholarship Offer from the Russian Federation for PhD
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a scholarship offer from the Russian Federation for the 2025-2026 academic year.
This programme is aimed at students enrolled in the final year of a second-cycle programme (aiming to obtain a Master’s degree) who wish to pursue further studies in Russia at the doctoral level and who meet the eligibility criteria for a residential training abroad in the following disciplines:
- Artificial Intelligence,
- Russian Language,
- Applied Mathematics,
- Nanotechnology,
- Autonomous Systems,
- Cybersecurity.
The application file includes:
1- The application form (see below),
2- A copy of the high school diploma transcript,
3- Enrollment/re-enrollment certificates for the five years of the university programme,
4- Transcripts for the first four years of study (L1, L2, L3, M1 for universities or CP1, CP2, 1ASC, 2ASC for higher schools),
5- A certificate indicating the candidate’s ranking.
6- A certificate stating the student’s star rating (attached model).
