International Workshop On Functional Analysis, Control Systems & Decision Support

About:

The Laboratory of Pure and Applied Mathematics (LMPA) in collaboration with the Faculty of Exact Sciences and Computer sciences (FSEI) of Abdelhamid Ibn Badis University – Mostaganem (UMAB), Algeria, is organizing an International Workshop on Functional Analysis, Control Systems & Decision Support during May 25-27, 2021.

Mathematics plays a key role in society and it has tremendous applications in diverse disciplines, from natural to socialsciences and science and technology. The main aim of this workshop is to promote, encourage, and provide a forum for the academic exchange of ideas and recent research works in the field of Pure and Applied Mathematics. Including the participation of renowned keynote speakers, this event consists of plenary and parallel sessions. Moreover, a privilege of participation is granted more particularly to Ph.D. students and young researchers by offering them the opportunity to present and discuss their research with the experts and to become familiar with the latest developments in mathematics and other mathematical activities throughout the world.

Abstracts are selected to maintain a scientific level in line with international standards of excellence.

Topics:

Researchers may contribute to the workshop by submitting abstracts that illustrate research results, describing significant advances in the following areas, but are not limited to:

• Nevanlinna theory;
• Complex functional equations;
• Control theory ;

Submission:

Prospective authors are kindly encouraged to contribute and help shape the workshop through submissions of their research abstracts that address themes and topics of the workshop    using the template presented HERE_En or HERE Fr.

The abstract should be short (1 page A4), clear, concise, and written in English or in French with correct spelling and good sentence structure.

Abstracts are selected to maintain a scientific level in line with international standards of excellence.

Guidelines for Authors:

The official languages of the workshop are French and English.

Oral presentation:

All oral presentations should be in English or in French. The time provided for the oral presentations is 30 min (20 min for the presentation and 10 min for discussion).

Note that the presentation must be in PDF or PowerPoint (version …), and, in order to not west time, kindly, bring your presentation in a usb flash drive and give it to the chairman at the beginning  of each session.

Poster presentation:

All posters must be displayed on the 841mm x 1189mm display board provided. You may not write on the display board.

Prepare a 2-minute (strictly 2-minutes) 2 slides talk to present your poster in front of the audience.

The 2-slides (2-minutes) presentations must be sent in PDF format (no animation and videos) to zineb.kaisserli@univ-mosta.dz by May 20^th, 2021.

At 15h00 of each day, presenters will introduce their posters within two minutes from the workshop computer where their presentation [one to two (maximum) slides] will be already loaded.
