DAAD scholarship programmes

The German Academic Exchange Service has announced three of its scholarship programmes, offering the opportunity to complete research stays in 2023.
The programmes are as follows:

1. Research Grants – Short-Term Grants

Doctoral candidates can apply for a research grant at a university or a non-university research institute in Germany. Funding is provided for one month to a maximum of six months.

1. Research Stays

Doctoral researchers or academics who are working at a university or research institute in their home country can apply for a research stay in Germany lasting a maximum of three months. 

1. Re-invitation Programme for Former Scholarship Holders

Former DAAD scholarship holders who were funded for more than six months can apply for a three-month research or working project in Germany.
