Call for applications for the Hungarian Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship 2026-2027

We are pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received an offer of scholarships for the 2026-2027 academic year from the Hungarian government.

This programme is open to top-performing students (maximum of three students per specialisation) enrolled in the 2025-2026 academic year in L3 for Master’s preparation or in M2/5A Engineering for PhD preparation.

• Deadline for online registration on the Stipendium Hungaricum platform:

January 15, 2026

• Applications must be submitted to the Faculties/VDP.
• Applications must be submitted before January 20, 2026 ‘exclusively’ in digital format via the following email address: vrcc@univ-mosta.dz
• Applications must also be submitted to VRCC before January 20,2026.

The application file includes:

1. The application form (template attached)
2. Proof of online registration on the Stipendium application platform (mandatory)
3. A copy of the selection report.
4. A handwritten request from the candidate highlighting their motivation for this training course, signed by their line manager
5. A copy of the applicant’s baccalaureate transcript
6. * For Doctorate (Ph.D.) applications: Proof of enrolment/re-enrolment for the 5 years of university study

** For Master’s applications: Proof of enrolment/re-enrolment for the 3 years of university study

7. * For Doctorate (Ph.D.) applications: Transcripts for the first 4 years of study (L1/A1, L2/A2, L3/A3, M1/A4 for universities and university centres or CP1, CP2, 1ASC, 2ASC for higher education institutions)

** For Master’s degree applications: Transcripts for the first 2 years of study (L1, L2)

8. Certificate of top of the class (template attached).
9. 9. Five-stars’ student certificate (template attached).
10. Copy of the first page of your passport
11. One passport photo.
