Call for applications for the CIAT 2026 scholarship programme

Master’s scholarship offer ‘Capacity Improvement and Advancement for Tomorrow –
CIAT’ for the 2026-2027 academic year, from the Korea International Cooperation
Agency (KOICA).
This programme is specifically intended for administrative, technical and service staff
(ATS).
This offer includes five (05) training courses in the following areas:
-Smart city technology and management,
-Education and leadership,
-Fiscal policy,
-Administrative reform.
Eligibility requirements:

• Be under 40 years of age;
• Have more than two (02) years of professional experience;
• Have experience or interest in the chosen field;
• Be proficient in English;
• Submit a complete application that meets the requirements.
