Chinese Government Scholarship Programme – Academic Year 2026–2027

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces that it has
received an offer of scholarships, not covering international travel expenses, for 30
Algerian students wishing to enrol in doctoral programmes at Chinese universities and
institutes for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Applicants are required to make their choices carefully, in accordance with the
instructions and conditions specified in the attached document. They must also
contact the host institutions in advance and provide at least one provisional admission
certificate issued by one of the Chinese universities.
Students planning to follow a course in Chinese are required to present a certificate of
success in the HSK4 test.
Interested parties should note that this offer concerns exclusively the scholarship
granted by the Chinese Government, without any financial contribution from the
Algerian side.
