تعلن نيابة نيابة المديرية بالجامعة المكلفة بالعلاقات الخارجية والتعاون والتنشيط والاتصال والتظاهرات العلمية بجامعة عبد الحميد بن باديس مستغانم كافة  الموظفين الإداريين والتقنيين المسجلين على منصة الحركية قصيرة المدى إلى الخارج الخاصة بميزانية 2026، أنه في إطار الاتفاقيات المعتمدة، فإن الوجهات والمواضيع المذكورة أدناه متاحة بعدد محدود من الأماكن كما يلي:

برنامج لغوي مُكيَّف حسب المستوى: مبتدئ / متوسط / متقدم

عدد الأماكن: 2 مجموعة × 15 مشارك

–  بولندا

تدريب متخصص في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي

عدد الأماكن: 1 مجموعة × 15 مشارك

–   البرتغال

تدريب في الإدارة الإدارية

عدد الأماكن: 1 مجموعة × 10 مشاركين

–   مالطا

برنامج لغوي لتعزيز مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية، مُكيَّف حسب المستوى: مبتدئ / متوسط / متقدم

عدد الأماكن: 3 مجموعات × 15 مشارك

– اسبانيا

المشاركة في أسبوع عمل (Staff Week) باللغة الإنجليزية

عدد الأماكن: 1 مجموعة × 10 مشاركين

على الموظفين الإداريين الراغبين في الترشح إرسال طلباتهم عبر البريد الإلكتروني إلى العنوان التالي

يرجى تحديد نوع الحركية المطلوبة في عنوان البريد الإلكتروني على سبيل المثال (إقامة لغوية – مالطا).

سيتم ترتيب الطلبات حسب ترتيب استلامها والوجهة؛ إذا لم تعد الوجهة التي اخترتها متاحة، فستتلقى بريدًا إلكترونيًا لتغيير وجهتك.

 

سيتم نشر القائمة النهائية بعد إعلان نتائج اختيار المترشحين الناجحين لبرنامج التدريب المتقدم

Mobilités de courte 

Durée (Année budgétaire 2026)

 

Le Vice-Rectorat chargé des Relations Extérieures, de la Coopération, de l’Animation, de la Communication et des Manifestations Scientifiques de l’Université Abdelhamid Ibn Badis de Mostaganem informe l’ensemble  du personnel administratif et technique inscrit sur la plateforme de mobilité de courte durée  à l’étranger, au titre de l’année budgétaire 2026 que dans le cadre de conventions les destinations et thématiques citées ci-dessous sont disponibles avec nombre de places limité comme suit :

 

• United Kingdom : London/ Bournemouth/ Norwich

Séjour linguistique adapté selon le  niveau débutant/intermédiaire/avancé  

Nombre de places : 3 groupes de 15 candidats

• Irlande : séjour linguistique adapté selon le  niveau débutant/intermédiaire/avancé

Nombre de places : 2 groupes de 15 candidats

• Pologne : formation spécialisée dans le domaine de l’intelligence artificielle.

Nombre de places : Un groupe de 15 candidats

• Portugal : formation en gestion administrative.

Nombre de places : Un groupe de 10 candidats

• Malte : séjour linguistique pour renforcement des compétences en langue anglaise adapté selon le  niveau débutant/intermédiaire/avancé

Nombre de places : 3 groupes de 15 candidats

• Espagne ; Participation à un staff week en langue anglaise

Nombre de places : Un groupe de 10 candidats

Nous vous prions de préciser l’intitulé de la mobilité souhaitée dans l’objet du mail (exemple : Malte ou Pologne…).

Les candidatures seront classées selon l’ordre de réception et la destination ; si votre destination n’est plus disponible un email vous sera envoyé pour changer de destination.

La liste définitive sera diffusée  après affichage des résultats de sélection  des bénéficiaires retenus pour un stage de perfectionnement.

The Vice-Rectorate in charge of External Relations, Cooperation, Communication, and Scientific Events at Abdelhamid Ibn Badis University of Mostaganem informs administrative and technical staff registered on the 2026 Short-Term Mobility platform that the destinations and themes listed below are available under existing agreements, with a limited number of available places.

The proposed destinations and themes are as follows:

• United Kingdom: London / Bournemouth / Norwich

Linguistic stay designed according to the participant’s proficiency level: Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced

Number of places: 3 groups of 15 participants

• Ireland

Linguistic stay designed according to the participant’s proficiency level: Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced

Number of places: 2 groups of 15 participants

• Poland

Specialized course in the domain of Artificial Intelligence

Number of places: 1 group of 15 participants

• Portugal

Course in Administrative Management

Number of places: 1 group of 10 participants

• Malta

Linguistic stay for strengthening English skills, according to the participant’s level: Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced

Number of places: 3 groups of 15 participants

• Spain

Participation in a Staff Week conducted in English

Number of places: 1 group of 10 participant

Applications are processed based on submission order and destination. If a destination is no longer available, an email will be sent to request a change.

The final list of beneficiaries for the training program will be published after selection results.
