prof. Dr. Ivan Salamon, MBA: an university teacher and scientist. He is the principal author of the patent – the freeze-drying technology (lyophilization), as unique methods of anthocyanin isolation from medicinal plant small fruits, Chamomile variety “LIANKA” with the high content of /-/-α-bisabolol and Peppermint variety “KRISTINKA” with the high content of menthol of essential oils. In 2021, he completed the MBA training program with an emphasis on management skills in education and R&D.
He has published to date, 5 monographs, 5 scripts and textbooks, 7 chapters of books, 18 CC/SCI papers, 55 WOS/SCOPUS papers, 38 scientific papers in other peer-reviewed journals abroad; 5 author’s certificates, patents and discoveries; from 1985 I took part many congresses, symposiums, conferences and seminars, and more 200 lectures and posters were presented at these scientific events.
