He received a total of 18 grants, of which he was the manager of 15, including those from the European Union under the “INCO-Copernicus” program (1998-2002) and a research project from the American Organization of Analytical Chemistry (1998).

Author or co-author of more than 190 scientific publications, 20 books and chapters in books, 8 patents and 16 students books and chapters in students books, more than 200 conference lectures and presentations. More than 3300 citations, H=32/31 (Scopus/WoS).
