The Rector praised the efforts made by the faculty’s administrative staff and provided several remarks and recommendations aimed at improving the institution and addressing shortcomings, in order to ensure high-quality services for the university community in the medical field.

In his general guidance, he emphasized the importance of serious work to meet the challenges facing the higher education and scientific research sector in both academic and administrative fields, in line with the overall orientations of the Algerian state.

The Rector issued strict instructions to maintain the cleanliness of the faculty’s facilities.
He stressed the optimal use of pedagogical infrastructures.
He recommended implementing regular maintenance of the faculty’s facilities and resources.
He highlighted that the psychological well-being of students and faculty members plays a key role in improving academic and educational performance.
During his visit to the library, the Rector emphasized the need to enrich the documentary collection and strengthen it with new scientific books across various medical specialties.
He instructed the establishment of a duty system to ensure that library rooms remain open for students.

Finally, the Rector chaired a working session bringing together administrative staff from both the university and the faculty, during which he presented his overall vision for advancing the university in general and the Faculty of Medicine in particular.
