Instruction for authors
Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers (4 to 6 pages) in English, in two-columns according to the IEEE format (See IEEE template / LaTeX template). Page 1 must hold the title of the paper, the author’s name, the affiliation, mailing address, e-mail and abstract with up to five keywords. The double-column simple spaced paper should be submitted in PDF format online. Registered and presented papers will be published in proceedings that will be submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Authors of selected outstanding papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their articles for publication as full WoS journal papers (Journals in the 2019 release of JCR, Clarivate Analytics). Awards will be given to the best papers in two categories: the best oral presentation and the best poster.
