Instructions for Using Answer Forms

Before the start of each exam, each candidate will receive an answer form on which they must record the responses to the distributed questionnaire.

The correction of the answer form is automatic. Candidates must strictly follow these instructions:

  • Use a BLACK pen, otherwise a BLUE pen.

  • If the candidate notices an error in their first name, last name, or date of birth, they must report it to the room supervisor without correcting the nominative form.

  • Mark the correct answer with an asterisk (*):

  • Do NOT write anything outside the checkboxes.
  • If a choice is crossed out, it will be considered checked. In the following example, answers A and B will be considered checked. Therefore, even if the correct answer is “A,” the score for this question will be zero:

  • The answer form is NOT a draft!
Use the questionnaire as a draft to record your answers, and when you are certain, transfer your final answers onto the answer form! The answer form is the only document that will be graded.

  • If you leave marks inside the checkboxes, the reading may be incorrect, and you will be solely responsible!

Automatic Reading

In this case, automatic reading may register AD or D!

The boxes B, C, D, and E are read correctly, but box A is misread due to the mark!

  • The answer form must not be folded, bent, or stapled.

  • In case of an error, request a blank form from the room supervisors. Rewrite your Last Name & First Name in CAPITAL LETTERS and your date of birth exactly as on the nominative form inside the corresponding box without touching the edges:
