Article 23 states the following:

The Vice-Dean in charge of postgraduate studies, scientific research, and external relations performs the following duties:

Monitoring the conduct of entrance exams for postgraduate studies.

Taking or proposing necessary measures to ensure the proper progress of postgraduate training.

Overseeing the defense of postgraduate dissertations and theses.

Monitoring scientific research activities.

Initiating partnerships with social and economic sectors.

Initiating actions to promote and support cooperation between national and international universities.

Implementing programs to improve faculty members’ skills and update their knowledge.

Monitoring the functioning of the faculty’s scientific council and maintaining its archive.
