Application from to be submitted<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>1- Self-employed and resident doctoral students:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Receipt confirling registration on the platform.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Certificate issued by the internship service certifying the submission of the certified report and the supporting documents of the internship previously acquired;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Welcome letter issued by a recognised high-level university or research structure in the field of specialty (self-employed doctoral students);<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Copy of the certificate of doctoral\/resident registration for the current academic year;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Application form for an abroad internship (2023 financial year)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Work plan signed by the person concerned and co-signed by the thesis director(for the PhDs)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Self-employed declaration letter (For the PhDs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2-&nbsp; Administrative and technical personnel category<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receipt confirling registration on the platform<\/li>\n<li>Certificate issued by the internship service certifying the submission of the certified report and the supporting documents of the internship previously acquired;<\/li>\n<li>A copy of the establishment decision attesting to the candidate&rsquo;s ranking on a scale of 10 or more;<\/li>\n<li>Copy of the last university diploma obtained;<\/li>\n<li>Application form for an abroad internship (2023 financial year).<\/li>\n<li>A work plan signed by the person concerned and the supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3- Category Teachers enrolled in thesis (assistant lecturer class A and B \u2013 assistant hospital university lecturer class A)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Receipt confirling registration on the platform<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Certificate issued by the internship service certifying the submission of the certified report and the supporting documents of the internship previously acquired;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">A copy of Establishment decision;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Copy of the certificate of doctoral registration for the current academic year;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Application form for an abroad internship (2023 financial year);<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Work plan signed by the person concerned and co-signed by the thesis director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4- Category lecturer class A and B \u2013 professor &#8211; hospital university lecturer class A and B &#8211; hospital university professor<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Receipt confirling registration on the platform<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Certificate issued by the internship service certifying the submission of the certified report and the supporting documents of the internship previously acquired;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">A copy of Establishment decision<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Application form for an abroad internship (2023 financial year)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Work plan signed by the person concerned .<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>II. Internship reports to be submitted after mobility<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Staff (teachers, administrators, residents and PhD students) who received an internship abroad in 2022 will have to submit their compliant internship reports and supporting documents before submitting any new applications.<\/li>\n<li>The certificate issued by the internship service certifying the submission of the certified report and proof of previously acquired internships is compulsory in the application form.<\/li>\n<li>On return from the training, the beneficiary will have to deliver within seven days:\n<ul>\n<li>The mobility decision with exit and entry stamps of the border police (PAF).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">A detailed internship report including: the activities carried out and the results obtained (advanced training and high-level scientific stay); For advanced training courses the report must be endorsed by the organisation where the internship took place.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">A copy of the paper presented with the certificate of participation (For participation in scientific events)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">All internship reports will be evaluated by the CSF\/CSI\/CDU according to performance indicators to measure the impact and benefits of mobility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>III.
