justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Le d\u00e9veloppement de solutions innovantes d\u2019enseignement \u00e0 distance est une des priorit\u00e9s politiques nationale en termes d\u2019\u00e9ducation affich\u00e9e par l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie, la Jordanie, le Maroc et la Tunisie, pays partenaires des projets ERASMUS+ et impliqu\u00e9s dans le projet e-LIVES.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Construire une formation enti\u00e8rement \u00e0 distance implique un processus complexe qui demande aux Universit\u00e9s des comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 la fois nombreuses et diff\u00e9rentes :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">la construction d\u2019un mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique efficace;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">l\u2019obtention de l\u2019accr\u00e9ditation nationale de formation \u00e0 distance en l\u2019absence d\u2019une cadre l\u00e9gislatif appropri\u00e9 et parfois malgr\u00e9 la volont\u00e9 affich\u00e9e de d\u00e9velopper ce type de formation;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">la formation d\u2019un large nombre d\u2019enseignants capables d\u2019appr\u00e9hender les diff\u00e9rences en terme d\u2019aspects p\u00e9dagogiques inh\u00e9rents \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement \u00e0 distance compar\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement en pr\u00e9sentiel et capable de ma\u00eetriser les outils de cr\u00e9ation n\u00e9cessaires pour produire le contenu du cours;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">le d\u00e9veloppement et la mise en place des outils technologiques n\u00e9cessaires pour cr\u00e9er et dispenser les cours en ligne;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">la formation du personnel technique n\u00e9cessaire pour entretenir l\u2019infrastructure technique et soutenir les enseignants dans l\u2019utilisation des outils de cr\u00e9ation;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">dans le cas des cours li\u00e9s aux domaines des Sciences, de la Technologie, de l\u2019Ing\u00e9nierie et des Math\u00e9matiques, le d\u00e9veloppement et la mise en \u0153uvre de laboratoires \u00e0 distance contr\u00f4l\u00e9s en ligne et en temps r\u00e9el pour permettre aux \u00e9tudiants d\u2019effectuer des travaux pratiques.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Concernant les formations li\u00e9es aux domaines des Sciences, de la Technologie, de l\u2019Ing\u00e9nierie et des Math\u00e9matiques, l\u2019acquisition de comp\u00e9tences pratiques associ\u00e9es au travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en travaux pratiques dans le cas des formations en pr\u00e9sentiel pose \u00e0 distance des probl\u00e8mes parfois difficiles \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre, ce qui entrave le d\u00e9veloppement de cours complet en ligne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">| Objectifs\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">En\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/e-lives.eu\/?page_id=10241\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">r\u00e9f\u00e9rencant un ensemble de bonnes pratiques<\/a>\u00a0et en suivant une approche pratique, le projet e-LIVES vise \u00e0 aider les universit\u00e9s des pays partenaires \u00e0 construire de mani\u00e8re durable des formations d\u2019e-ing\u00e9nierie innovantes. Cet objectif ambitieux est fond\u00e9 sur deux objectifs principaux:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">aider les universit\u00e9s dans les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de montage et de d\u00e9veloppement de formations (construction d\u2019un cursus, obtention de l\u2019accr\u00e9ditation nationale, formation des enseignants, cr\u00e9ation de contenus, \u2026);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">aider les universit\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper par elles-m\u00eames (de A \u00e0 Z) un laboratoire \u00e0 distance pour les travaux pratiques.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Il est important de noter que ces laboratoires \u00e0 distance peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour la formation en pr\u00e9sentiel. En effet, en raison de la croissance exponentielle du nombre d\u2019\u00e9tudiants, de nombreuses universit\u00e9s partenaires ont d\u00fb remplacer les travaux pratiques en 1\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de Licence dans le domaine des Sciences, de la Technologie, de l\u2019Ing\u00e9nierie et des Math\u00e9matiques par un travail th\u00e9orique. Ce projet devrait alors avoir un impact structurel direct sur la modernisation du syst\u00e8me d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur des pays partenaires concern\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">| Les r\u00e9sultats\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">D\u2019ici la fin du projet et apr\u00e8s, les diff\u00e9rents pays partenaires, ainsi que d\u2019autres pays du bassin m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en du Sud et de l\u2019Est, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront des r\u00e9sultats du projet e-LIVES:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">les d\u00e9cideurs nationaux (doyens d\u2019Universit\u00e9 et responsables nationaux de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur) doivent disposer de toutes les informations n\u00e9cessaires pour dissiper leurs doutes sur cette mani\u00e8re novatrice d\u2019enseigner et d\u2019apprendre, et donc faciliter le processus national d\u2019accr\u00e9ditation de nouvelles formations \u00e0 distance dans leur pays;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">les institutions partenaires devraient avoir acquis tout le savoir-faire n\u00e9cessaire pour cr\u00e9er de nouvelles formations et cours d\u2019e-engeneering ambitieux et, en particulier, avoir surmont\u00e9 tous les obstacles administratifs, humains et mat\u00e9riels auxquels ils sont confront\u00e9s aujourd\u2019hui;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">chaque \u00e9tablissement partenaire devrait \u00e9galement disposer d\u2019un laboratoire \u00e0 distance enti\u00e8rement op\u00e9rationnel, pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 par les \u00e9tudiants inscrits non seulement \u00e0 des formations \u00e0 distance, mais \u00e9galement \u00e0 des cours en pr\u00e9sentiel, afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la probl\u00e9matique de suppresion des travaux pratiques en premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de licence dans le domaine des Sciences, de la Technologie, de l\u2019Ing\u00e9nierie et des Math\u00e9matiques en raison du manque de ressources suffisantes pour accueillir tous les \u00e9tudiants;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">les \u00e9tudiants b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront des r\u00e9sultats du projet e-LIVES, car les \u00e9tablissements participants seront en mesure de cr\u00e9er des formations innovantes et de haute qualit\u00e9, adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents profils : \u00e9tudiants ayant de faibles ressources \u00e9conomiques et\/ou vivant dans des zones isol\u00e9es ou encore les \u00e9tudiants en formation continue faisant augmenter le nombre d\u2019\u00e9tudiants pouvant avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une formation dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">les enseignants et le personnel technique impliqu\u00e9s dans les activit\u00e9s du projet seront aptes \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une formation d\u2019e-engineering \u00e0 distance d\u2019ici la fin du projet.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Les universit\u00e9s des pays partenaires b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront des r\u00e9sultats du projet e-LIVES de mani\u00e8re durable car elles seront en mesure de cr\u00e9er, d\u00e9velopper, g\u00e9rer et enseigner des cours d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie en ligne innovants et de
