Erasmus+ programme partner countries (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.univ-mosta.dz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/erasmus-plus-programme-guide3-fr.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">see Program Guide 2018<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>This programme offers the opportunity to benefit from mobility to or from partner countries to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Students from the 2nd year of higher education for a period from 3 months to 12 months,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Higher education staff for a period of 5 to 2
