the League of Arab States, El-Ouadi University will host on October 10 and 11, 2022 the qualifications for the international programming competition for university students with the participation of Souf Academy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0The competition is a programming contest organised at the \u00a0Algerian universities, during which students solve a set of algorithms using the programming languages of their choice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The qualified teams take part in the regional final competition, which will be held in Egypt from November 9 to 13, and will bring together teams from countries in the Middle East and North Africa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contest conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The participating team is composed of 3 students and a reserve if necessary.<\/li>\n<li>The student must be born in 1999 or later.<\/li>\n<li>Participating student must be a registered student for the current academic year 2022-2023 .<\/li>\n<li>The coach can coach more than one team.<\/li>\n<li>Participants are not required to be from the same faculty, but may come from different faculties within the same university.<\/li>\n<li>Each team has a tutor, must be a faculty member or employee of their university.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How the competition works:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The competition time is 5 hours.<\/li>\n<li>The number of questions varies from 8 to 12 programming exercises.<\/li>\n<li>A team is allowed to use only one computer during the competition.<\/li>\n<li>The languages used in this competition are C, C++, Java or other languages.<\/li>\n<li>The use of any electronic device, including cell phones and smart devices, is prohibited, and only references and paper books are permitted.<\/li>\n<li>No loud conversation is allowed during the competition.<\/li>\n<li>Teams\u00a0are\u00a0evaluated\u00a0based\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0number\u00a0of\u00a0issues\u00a0resolved,\u00a0and\u00a0if\u00a0two\u00a0or\u00a0more\u00a0teams\u00a0are\u00a0tied,\u00a0they\u00a0are\u00a0distinguished\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0time\u00a0criterion,\u00a0because\u00a0the\u00a0team\u00a0that\u00a0spent\u00a0the\u00a0least\u00a0time\u00a0resolving\u00a0the\u00a0issues\u00a0is\u00a0the\u00a0winner<\/li>\n<li>Solutions are evaluated directly during the competition using the scoring system approved by the competition committee.<\/li>\n<li>Each team gets points based on the number of questions they answered, the time they took to solve the problem, and the number of incorrect answers sent to the referee.<\/li>\n<li>Each team that successfully solves a problem receives a colored ball.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>**Registration via the following link:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/icpc.global\/regionals\/finder\/ALCPC-2022\">https:\/\/icpc.global\/regionals\/finder\/ALCPC-2022<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Good\u00a0luck<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-6359 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.univ-mosta.dz\/vrcc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2022\/10\/received_480924667417609-212x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"839\" height=\"1188\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.univ-mosta.dz\/vrcc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2022\/10\/received_480924667417609-212x300.jpeg 212w, https:\/\/www.univ-mosta.dz\/vrcc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2022\/10\/received_480924667417609-724x1024.jpeg 724w, https:\/\/www.univ-mosta.dz\/vrcc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2022\/10\/received_480924667417609-768x1087.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.univ-mosta.dz\/vrcc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2022\/10\/received_480924667417609-1085x1536.jpeg 1085w, https:\/\/www.univ-mosta.dz\/vrcc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2022\/10\/received_480924667417609.jpeg 1447w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 839px) 100vw, 839px\" \/><\/p>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Under the supervision of the Arab Academy of Science and Technology &#8211;
