L\u2019universit\u00e9 Abdelhamid Ibn Badis, Mostaganem invite ces enseignants chercheurs \u00a0\u00e0 participer \u00e0 cet appel. Pour rappel, la JICA est une agence qui coordonne l\u2019aide publique au d\u00e9veloppement du Japon \u00a0ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et sociale des pays en voie de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n
