d\u2019une part, et\u00a0l\u2018Institut National Alg\u00e9rien de la Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 Industrielle (INAPI) plac\u00e9 sous la tutelle du Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Industrie et des Mines,\u00a0repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par son Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Monsieur BELMEHDI Abdelhafid ont sign\u00e9 ce lundi 29 Juin 2020 au niveau du si\u00e8ge du rectorat une convention cadre pour la mise en place d\u2019un centre d\u2019appui \u00e0 la technologie et \u00e0 l\u2019innovation (CATI).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">La pr\u00e9sente convention a pour objet de d\u00e9finir les conditions et les modalit\u00e9s de coop\u00e9ration et de partenariat entre l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Mostaganem Abdelhamid Ibn Badis (UMAB) et l\u2019INAPI, en mati\u00e8re de formation sur la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle, de valorisation des r\u00e9sultats de recherche scientifique et d\u2019expertise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">En effet, l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie est membre de l\u2019Organisation Mondiale de la Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 Intellectuelle (OMPI) ce qui implique une dimension internationale de l\u2019activit\u00e9 de l\u2019INAPI qui s\u2019exerce dans un cadre juridique tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis constitu\u00e9 par une l\u00e9gislation nationale et des engagements internationaux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Dans ce contexte, l\u2019INAPI assurera\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bs-shortcode-list list-style-check\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">l\u2019interface avec l\u2019Organisation Mondiale de la Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 Intellectuelle (<b>OMPI<\/b>);<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Des formations destin\u00e9es au personnel du Centre pour le d\u00e9veloppement de ses comp\u00e9tences;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Les actions d\u2019information, de sensibilisation et de promotion de l\u2019information technique et scientifique sur les services du CATI;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Le recteur de l\u2019UMAB a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 Professeur GUEZZAR Mouffok R\u00e9douane\u00a0responsable du centre d\u2019appui \u00e0 la technologie et l\u2019innovation (CATI-Mostaganem) situ\u00e9e au niveau du Site de l\u2019ITA,\u00a0\u00a0parmi ses missions<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bs-shortcode-list list-style-check\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identifier les projets innovants de recherche<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Inciter les chercheurs \u00e0 valoriser leurs innovations ;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Faire \u00e9tat des r\u00e9sultats de recherche et examiner les possibilit\u00e9s de leur valorisation par le brevet<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Mise en place d\u2019un plan annuel de formation sur la r\u00e9daction des brevets et la valorisation des r\u00e9sultats de recherche.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Cette coop\u00e9ration sera orient\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre les comp\u00e9tences et les capacit\u00e9s de chacune des parties, en ayant pour objectif la valorisation de leur positionnement respectif dans le contexte
