Article 23 states the following:<\/em><\/h2>\n

The Vice-Dean in charge of postgraduate studies, scientific research, and external relations performs the following duties:<\/p>\n

Monitoring the conduct of entrance exams for postgraduate studies.<\/p>\n

Taking or proposing necessary measures to ensure the proper progress of postgraduate training.<\/p>\n

Overseeing the defense of postgraduate dissertations and theses.<\/p>\n

Monitoring scientific research activities.<\/p>\n

Initiating partnerships with social and economic sectors.<\/p>\n

Initiating actions to promote and support cooperation between national and international universities.<\/p>\n

Implementing programs to improve faculty members\u2019 skills and update their knowledge.<\/p>\n

Monitoring the functioning of the faculty\u2019s scientific council and maintaining its archive.<\/p>\n

Assisting in these duties<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n
