This mission continues the collective efforts that have contributed to building its foundations and establishing its role within our faculty.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2651\" data-end=\"2930\">In the short term, our priority will be to <strong data-start=\"2694\" data-end=\"2737\">strengthen the department\u2019s foundations<\/strong> by building on existing achievements and ensuring the <strong data-start=\"2792\" data-end=\"2849\">quality and coherence of our educational organization<\/strong>. A solid foundation is essential for confidently planning future developments.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2932\" data-end=\"3132\">At the same time, we will work to <strong data-start=\"2966\" data-end=\"3002\">diversify pedagogical activities<\/strong> in order to enrich the training provided to our students and adapt it to contemporary scientific and professional requirements.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3134\" data-end=\"3289\">Encouraging <strong data-start=\"3146\" data-end=\"3170\">academic initiatives<\/strong>, promoting openness to research, and developing <strong data-start=\"3219\" data-end=\"3253\">innovative teaching approaches<\/strong> will be integral to this dynamic.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3291\" data-end=\"3472\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">This ambition can only be achieved through the <strong data-start=\"3338\" data-end=\"3396\">commitment and collaboration of all department members<\/strong>, in the service of increasingly high-quality and forward-looking education.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Message from the Head of the Department of Pharmacy It is with a strong sense of responsibility that I assume today the leadership of this new Department of Pharmacy.
