For Teachers Candidates for Registration in a Doctorate Thesis in Medical Sciences (D.E.S.M)

Candidates holding a Doctor of Medicine degree, who have been appointed as Assistant Professors in University Hospital Centers and wish to register to apply for the Doctorate in Medical Sciences, must register at the Post-Graduation Service of the Faculty of Medicine of Mostaganem.

The application file consists of the following documents:

1. Thesis template in two (02) copies signed by the thesis director, and three (03) anonymous copies. Download Thesis Template
2. Two CDs containing data on the thesis topic, anonymous.
3. Administrative file in two (02) copies:

• Doctorate in Medical Sciences registration request. Download Registration Request
• Handwritten request addressed to the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of Mostaganem.
• Copy of DES diploma (General) and DEMS diploma (Specialist).
• Appointment decree or installation minutes of the Assistant Professor.
• Birth certificate.
• Two personal photos.
• Two (02) CVs.
