Mon plus grand souci est d\u2019\u0153uvrer au d\u00e9veloppement de notre facult\u00e9 et\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">ceci ne peut se r\u00e9aliser qu\u2019\u00e0 travers la formation post-gradu\u00e9e et la recherche scientifique.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"PreformattedText\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;color: #000000\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Dans ce contexte, notre facult\u00e9 compte un nombre important de doctorants. Notre\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">t\u00e2che est de les accompagner de la meilleure mani\u00e8re qui soit pour qu\u2019ils puissent achever\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">leurs travaux et soutenir leur th\u00e8se dans les d\u00e9lais.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"PreformattedText\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;color: #000000\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">D\u2019autre part, vu les potentialit\u00e9s de notre wilaya dans les domaines de l\u2019agriculture, de\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">la p\u00eache et de l\u2019industrie agro-alimentaire, nous lan\u00e7ons un appel \u00e0 tous les enseignants et les\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">doctorants pour que les th\u00e9matiques de recherche soient en relation directe avec le secteur\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">socioprofessionnel dans le but d\u2019impliquer les producteurs et les industriels dans la recherche.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"PreformattedText\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;color: #000000\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Enfin, j\u2019esp\u00e8re que mon passage dans ce poste aura un impact positif et aura contribu\u00e9\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de notre formation.
